Shipping Policy
Many GrandChandelier fixtures are made to order, including custom-built, hand-blown, and large-scale statement designs. The timelines below explain the complete journey from order confirmation to delivery.
Production Time
- Standard production time: 2–3 weeks before dispatch.
- Custom, bespoke, and oversized chandeliers may require additional production time depending on size, complexity, and customization. Any different timeline will be communicated before production begins.
Transit Time
After dispatch, transit normally takes 9–15 business days for most destinations. Tracking information is provided when the order ships. Oversized freight or remote destinations may require additional transit time.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
For most orders, the typical total time from order confirmation to delivery is approximately 3–6 weeks, consisting of 2–3 weeks of production plus 9–15 business days of transit.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs processing, weather, carrier disruptions, remote delivery locations, and oversized freight can affect the final date. We will communicate material delays.
Shipping Costs
- Standard-dimension chandeliers include free shipping.
- Custom-size, bespoke, and oversized chandeliers may incur a separate shipping charge because of their size, weight, and handling requirements. Any such charge will be disclosed before order confirmation.
International Shipping and Import Duties
We ship worldwide. GrandChandelier covers applicable customs and import duties, so customers should not be asked to pay an unexpected import-duty charge upon delivery.
Packaging and Handling
Every chandelier is professionally packed using reinforced protective materials. Oversized shipments receive additional structural protection for secure transport.

Warranty
